Bookkeeper Accountant / On-Site / Full-Time
Multi-state community management firm is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper Accountant to work on-site in our New Smyrna Beach location.
We are looking for an outgoing individual with a positive attitude: applicant must be highly motivated, organized, and exceptionally detail oriented.
Applicants must:
Possess strong data entry, written and verbal communication skills
Be proficient in QuickBooks on-line
Must have Accounting background
Be able to prepare and read monthly financial statements and reports
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, team and internal departments
Perform other incidentals and related duties as required and assigned
Have strong phone skills
