Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
We are looking someone that works well in a team environment, possesses strong communication skills, is adaptable, has a positive attitude, is punctual and reliable.
Duties include greeting patients, input of patient information and payment transactions, managing patient flow, scheduling patient appointments, managing patient statements and collections, putting patients on and off therapy, verifying insurance, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other general office tasks.
Experience working in Electronic Medical Records and insurance billing is preferred, but not required.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of marketing or social media skills would be an additional asset.
Salary open according to qualifications by and experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
