The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling payment transactions, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services.
This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain customer records and account information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
