Handling incoming calls Scheduling appointments Managing filing system and maintaining documents Maintaining supply inventory Entering and maintaining information into databases Assist with organizing and clean up of staff meetings Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office or bank.
Keeping office and work area clean.
MUST:
have computer knowledge and thechnology skills have excellent organizational skills and good eye for detail have the ability to communicate well verbally and written with customers and coworkers.
have excellent problem-solving skills.
