This is a full-time position with the following
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet clients Sort documents and scan as directed Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff Contact clients for document delivery to include mailing, e-mailing, or client pickup Receive payments, process credit card payments, and prepare daily deposits Electronically file documents and ensure projects are in the correct stage Order and maintain office supplies Other office tasks as assigned Could include some Weekend work in late March and early April.

Full Time Experience/Certification Required Detail-oriented, professional, and personable attitude, and organized Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills Excellent typing and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook Ability to manage problems and adapt to changes Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks Must be dependable, willing to learn, and a team player Ability to maintain confidentiality Job Type:
