We have very aggressive growth goals, but like to have fun at work, embracing our self-proclaimed weirdness is awesomeness team and celebrating successes! Having a daily/weekly/monthly plan when you're with us is imperative, however having the mental flexibility to deviate at a moments notice is key.

Having a voice in how to do things better so that the entire team wins.
Dropping everything in a moments notice to help a guest or owner with issues.
Excited when a problem occurs so you can flex your creative muscle to resolve it.
Being challenged on a daily basis with new events, questions, and situations that make up the vacation world industry.
